Ingredients For Fish Curry Food


One kg of fish, four cloves, half a spoonful of fenugreek seeds, half a cup of mustard oil, one cup of curd, one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, three onions, three tomatoes, one spoonful of red chili, one spoonful of turmeric, coriander powder, one spoonful of fish masala or garam masala powder, four curry leaves, two lemons, finely chopped green coriander, three green chilies, and vinegar.

Recipe Of  Fish Curry

First, wash the fish meat well with vinegar. Put salt and lemon on it, and keep it for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in an open pan. Add the meat and fry it. Remove the pan from the stove and remove the meat when it turns brown. Then fry fenugreek seeds and cloves in oil. And take them out and keep them aside. Now fry your chopped onion in the same oil. Add tomato paste, ginger, and garlic when the onion turns golden. Two to three minutes. Then mix garam masala, fried cloves, and fenugreek seeds in it. After three to four minutes, also mix a cup of curd into this mixture.

Fry well, and when the oil starts to separate from the ingredients, add three glasses of water to this mixture. Bring the water mixture to a good boil. When it boils, add your fried fish meat and green chilies. Cover your pot until the water is about a glass full. When this mixture thickens, remove your pot from the stove. The process is to take care not to stir the meat after adding it because the fish meat will break. It is better to keep stirring your pot to stir the meat. Now your delicious and fragrant fish curry is ready. Keep in mind it seasonal food.
