Natural Foods Of Nature

A poet has said about Kashmir that if paradise exists anywhere in the world, it is in Kashmir. It is a very beautiful region. It is a disputed area between Pakistan and India. Kashmiris have been fighting for their freedom for decades. Here are two pure natural foods, namely Gushtaba and Roth that originate from this land and are very popular.

 The most popular food in Kashmir is Gushtaba. It is pure natural food. The ingredients of this natural food are one kilo of goat thigh meat, two spoons of fennel, four pieces of Kashmiri pepper, salt as required, two spoons of ginger, two spoons of black pepper, two cups of curd, two cups of fresh cream, a cop of milk and, one spoon of saffron, green mint, and two opinions.

Recipe

First, the meat of the goat’s thigh is taken. Bones, fat, and muscles are separated from the meat very carefully. The meat is placed on a hard stone and pounded with a wooden hammer. This process takes time. The meat is ground until it forms a dough.  When the meat is well pounded, then a small amount of the fat is mixed and pounded again. The method of its preparation is as follows: Then half the weight of the meat is shaped into round balls. When pounding the meat, you can add spices to it so that they are well absorbed in the meat. 

 


If you want to prepare soup, use one liter of water in the meatballs. Boil the meatball well in water. If you don’t want to make soup, don’t use water. Boil pure ghee separately and add onions to it. When the onions turn brown, turn off the stove and remove the onions.
Mix these brown onions in curd, milk, and milk cream and blend them well in a blender. In the same hot ghee, add garlic, ginger, or any other natural spices of your choice and heat it well. Add the curd and onion mixture and khoya or fresh cream to it. When this mixture is well mixed. When it is well cooked, add boiled gestaba, ie the round ball of your meat, and its soup.  But when the soup becomes thick, add green mint and one spoon of saffron.

 

Now cover it well and keep it on fire for three to four minutes. After four minutes, you will have a very tasty strong, and fragrant Ghasataba food which you can eat with bread or roti.

 Keep in mind that it is also called royal food. This food can only be eaten by wealthy people nowadays. Because the ingredients are expensive.Because a common man can buy goat meat, saffron, pure ghee, and fresh cream maybe once in a lifetime. Yes, in prosperous countries, it can be eaten often called royal food because even in the olden days it was eaten by the kings and their companions. Rich tourists visiting Kashmir like it very much. 

I preach in each of my blogs that you should never eat food that is against your body’s temperament. This food is warm-tempered. Therefore, this diet is very effective for cold-tempered bodies. People with warm temperaments should use this food only occasionally in winter; otherwise, it will cause harm instead of benefit.

Friend! The person who knows the facts about seasonal food, and the temperament of foods, and he never eats them which is out of season or do not match his body’s temperament. He remains fit and healthy. The person who does know this reality often remains ill. Always eat seasonal foods according to your temperament. We are seasonal, and Kind God has created for us four seasons and four temperaments of body.

Always eat the food of the season. Food in the winter should be eaten in the summer season. It is against the law of nature and health.
It is a great truth that only foods in season can solace and benefit your body and mood. Food out of season is harmful to health and mood. Respect the laws of nature. Nature will care for and respect your body.

 


Poth Special Food 

Another special food of Kashmir whose local name is Roth, about which few people know. It has a prominent place in the culture of Kashmir. The salient feature of this diet is that it is mild. It can be consumed by people of all temperaments. Secondly, it is nutritious, simple, and very close to nature.

Its composition is as follows:. Its main ingredients are flour, molasses, pure ghee, fennel, almonds, coconut, eggs, and poppy seeds. All these ingredients are ground and made into a mixture. Two pieces of bread, or rotis, are made from one kilo of flour. This roti is eaten without curry or anything else, which is unmatched in taste and effectiveness. This is a very nutritious food. This is a special form of natural pizza.
