Bitter Gourd Recipe
Meat and, among the dishes prepared by mixing vegetables, the most popular, bitter gourd and meat, is eaten with relish in every home. Ingredients:
Three to four tablespoons of oil
Two to three onions, chopped
Half teaspoon of ground black pepper

A teaspoon of ground cumin
Coriander powder, one teaspoon
A teaspoon of ground red pepper
Turmeric, ground, ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Half a kg of beef mince
One cup of tomato paste
One cup of tomato pulp
Two or three pieces of bitter gourd
Water, as required

Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan. Then add the onion and brown it lightly. Now add the cloves, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder and stir well for two minutes.
Now add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.
Now add ghee and cook well for five to six minutes
Now add tomato paste and mix well. Then add the tomato pulp and stir.
Now add the bitter gourd and stir well. Add water and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Your dish is ready. Now sprinkle this green coriander and green chilies and serve.
Second Recipe of Bitter Gourd
The second recipe, which is very popular and delicious, is unmatched. It is called Qeyme Karele (bitter gourd and minced). Its recipe is as follows:
