Bitter Gourd Recipe

Salt to taste

One cup of tomato paste

Recipe:

Heat oil in a pan. Then add the onion and brown it lightly.Now add the cloves, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chilli powder and stir well for two minutes.
Now add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.

Now add ghee and cook well for five to six minutes
Now add tomato paste and mix well. Then add the tomato pulp and stir.
Now add the bitter gourd and stir well. Add water and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Your dish is ready. Now sprinkle this green coriander and green chillies and serve.
