Papaya is considered one of the fruits that are considered a complete food and medicine. The effect of papaya is cooling. Therefore, it is the best food for a hot-tempered body. Because most people’s bodies are naturally hot. Therefore, foods that have a cold temperament are very important. I want to make it clear that I believe in the truth of food and human body temperament as much as in the perfect nature of God. The papaya foods I am about to describe are for hot bodies. People with cold moods should use this diet with the advice of their doctor. Those foods that include the element of medicine, which is equal to nutrition, are very valuable.
