The food that one considers blessed, another considers the food of the sick. I consider this natural food to have the third attribute, in addition to these attributes, that it is also the food of a person with every temperament.

Although sweet apples are considered to have a warm effect and sour and underripe apples are said to have a cold effect, I believe that apples have a less warm effect and a less cold effect. It has a balanced diet that can be consumed by all people. After wheat, apples are the only natural food that can be eaten by all temperaments. The big difference between wheat and apples is that if you eat an apple in the morning, afternoon, and evening every day, you will get tired of it. Apples contain a certain amount of iron. Eating apples for a few days will remove the iron deficiency in your body. Your complexion also brightens. If they eat apples on an empty stomach for a month, then drink a glass of cow’s milk and stop eating spicy and fatty foods, then their face will turn red and white.
