Friends, today I will tell you a delicious recipe you may not have prepared before. It makes the feast of guests and friends enjoyable. In our country, this food is called Yakhni Pulau. In English, it would be called making rice into meat and soup. Before describing its recipe, I would like to talk about the temperament and effectiveness of this food. Because I consider the temperament of food and the body more important than the importance of food. It is better to be hungry than to eat without knowing the temperament and effectiveness of the food.

My 20 years of research and observation are a strong testimony that the main cause of every disease is people who eat food for a long time without knowing the temperament of their body and food.  Those people fall victim to some disease or another. Even if they recover and do not know the disposition of themselves and their food, then again they fall prey to some disease. And this is also my contention: those who understand the mood do not get sick without death or some trial.

First-Priority Temperament

The time is very near when the doctor will first ask his patient to come to the laboratory to get his body temperament tested before checking. Because if your body is hot and you are eating hot food, then nothing will be achieved without the destruction of the body. If you are cold-tempered and eat cold-tempered food, then nothing else will be achieved except for the deterioration of your health. That’s why, before I tell the recipe of a food, I also tell the mood of that food.

This is the rice and meat recipe that I am about to describe If you prepare it with broiler chicken or cow meat, it is less cold. This food is better for warm-tempered bodies. If you prepare it with the meat of another animal, it will be less hot-tempered. This food will be better for a cold mood. Rice has a cold temperament. If rice is prepared with other ingredients, its temperament will be different. If rice is boiled in clean water and eaten with some meat broth or sugar, then it is cold, and the effect is much better for the stomach. If rice is boiled and eaten, it is more cold and is useful for the stomach. If rice is boiled in milk and eaten alone, then it becomes an excellent food for hot-tempered bodies.

But if rice is cooked in meat, then its temper is hot, and it causes damage to the stomach. The recipe that I am going to share with you is mild, useful for the stomach, and very pleasant in taste.

Ingredients

mutton

cumin

Proven Coriander

Fennel Seed

Proven black pepper

Green cardamom

cinnamon

Onion

Garlic

Yogurt

Composition:

Take a thin cotton cloth and tie it by putting cumin seeds, a tablespoon, one spoon of dried coriander, one spoon of fennel, one spoon of black pepper, 6-7 cloves, 4-5 green cardamoms, and 3 cinnamons.

Put the 750 grams of meat in water and put it on the stove. Add all the spices tied in a cloth, garlic, onion, and salt, and boil it until the meat is cooked. When the meat is cooked, strain and separate the meat.

Now add a medium-sized onion, half a spoonful of black pepper, 3–4 green cardamoms, 4 cloves, and half a spoonful of cumin seeds in half a cup of oil, and fry the onion till it turns brown. Add 6–5 chopped green chilies, meat, and a spoonful of garlic ginger paste to it and mix well, then add a cup of curd, salt to taste, and half a spoonful of ground black pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add mutton yakhni (soup) to it and cook till boiling. Add 750 grams of pre-soaked rice to this mixture. Cook until the water dries up, and let it simmer for 8–10 minutes. If you have 200 grams of ground almonds in your kitchen, then sprinkle this powder on the ready pulau. The taste and utility of your dish will be doubled.

Delicious mutton pulau is ready.
